The app enables users to search for rental homes and allows property owners to list their properties for various purposes.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, and any activity conducted through the account will be considered their responsibility.
Property owners must ensure they have the legal right to list the property and that all details, including pricing, images, and descriptions, are true and not misleading.
To-Let acts only as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or availability of any property listed.
Any payments made through the app will be subject to applicable terms and are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
To-Let shall not be held liable for any disputes between users, including landlords and tenants.
At To-Let, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable user experience. Payments for premium services, listings, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds are only considered in cases of failed transactions, duplicate payments, or technical errors. Users must report such issues within 7 days with valid proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, partially used subscriptions, or dissatisfaction after use. Accounts suspended due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds. To-Let reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its discretion. Processing time may vary based on banks or payment providers.
